Workplace conflict is a common challenge among managers and employees within a business. Personality clashes, opposing interests, lack of communication, cultural differences, and performance issues all can lead to conflict between colleagues. This 1-day seminar covers topics including identifying positions, interests, issues, conflict theory, styles of conflict management, empathy, and finding solutions. Understanding how to work out conflict in the workplace allows disputants to collectively work together, promoting a more creative and productive work environment.
