This 1-day seminar provides the skills and strategies that will help individuals to manage conflict and to create an improved work climate that promotes increased collaboration and productivity. Workplace conflict is a common challenge among managers and employees. Personality clashes, opposing interests, lack of communication, cultural differences, and performance issues which may lead to problems.

Understanding how to work out conflict in the workplace allows disputants to collectively work together, promoting a more creative and productive work environment. This highly interactive course combines lecture, role play and group activity.
