CFR relies heavily on the support of our volunteers. They are an integral part of the organization and are the key to every training program and service delivery program that CFR develops. Our 450 volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds and give us a wealth of expertise. They are the true experts in areas of basic mediation, youth aid panels and conflict resolution training. Approximately, 100 of our volunteers are cross-trained and serve in several programs. All have apprenticed with CFR, and are doing the real work. They represent the community that they serve and many of them are professionals in the field of conflict resolution, who like to share their experience in creating opportunities when conflict occurs.
