Who We Are

Center For Resolutions is a community-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to help empower youth, adults, families, work groups, and communities in discovering their own potential to resolve conflicts through non-violent means.

Thanks to the dedication of our 50 volunteer mediators and 350 active Youth Aid Panelists, we offer the following services:

• Training in conflict resolution, mediation, diversity, team building and leadership, as well as customized trainings to fit the needs of our clientele.
• Facilitating meetings for businesses and diverse organizations.
• Intervention in disagreements between neighbors, family members, landlords and tenants by providing trained volunteer mediators who help the parties work out a solution.
• Participation in Safe School practices by offering conflict resolution and violence prevention education to teachers and students.
• Providing training and administration of Youth Aid Panel Programs.
