Our Services

 
 Mediation involves a neutral third party (mediator) who intervenes with individuals experiencing conflict to
help facilitate a constructive conversation and assist them with coming up with their own solutions
 to the problem.  Types of mediations include:  community, neighbor, business, family, custody,
school, landlord/tenant, etc.

Conflict Coaching



One-on-one coaching and skills training for dealing with conflict constructively for individuals who want
to  improve their communications skills and enhance their ability to manage conflict in the workplace,
within an organization, in their community, with families
or when the other party refuses to mediate.



Facilitation


We offer facilitation services to families, businesses, organizations, 
communities, and other groups based on individual need.
Youth Aid Panel Program


A restorative justice program for first time juvenile offenders based on a restorative justice model where trained community members (panels) work with youths to create resolutions that involve holding the youth accountable for their violation, educating, skills  building and repaying the community.  Juveniles who successfully complete the Youth Aid Panel Program have all charges removed from their record and are given a second chance. 
CFR's Youth Problems and Decision-Making Workshop:  a one-time workshop that educates participants on types of problems, ways to confront and solve problems, and decision-making skills.

Teen-Intervene
is a free, confidential, evidence-based intervention program for teenagers, ages 12-19, experiencing mild to moderate problems associates with alcohol or other drug use.  For additional information contact Holcomb 484.444.0412.

Bullying Prevention
The Olweus Bullying Prevention Program (OBPP) is a whole-school approach to bullying prevention that has been proven to reduce bullying.  OBPP works at the school, classroom, individual and community level.  The program has been successfully implemented worldwide for over 35 years.


Olweus Bullying Prevention Program Benefits:
*An average reduction in student reports of being bullied or bullying behavior by 20 to 70 percent.
*Significant reduction in student reports of negative behavior such as vandalism, theft, fighting and truancy.
